As HousingInteractive continues to build and to strengthen its business network, we are happy to announce that we are now a part of the Subdivision and Housing Developers Association, Inc. (SHDA). It is the leading real estate organization of vertical and horizontal housing developers in the Philippines that aims to uphold and to promote the interests of its members.
New members including HousingInteractive were inducted last March 26, 2014, at The Metropolitan Club in Makati. It was led by President Paul Tanchi during the SHDA Business Meeting with Board of Investments (BOI) and Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB).
The event was also graced by guest of honors and speakers including HLURB CEO Atty. Antonio M. Bernardo, BOI OIC Executive Director for Industry Development Service Ms Ma. Corazon Halili – Dichosa, and BOI Director for Infrastructure and Services Industries Service Ms. Evariste M. Cagatan.
Other members of this prominent organization include big names in the real estate industry including Ayala Land, Inc., DMCI Homes, Filinvest Land, Inc., Rockwell Land Corp, and many more. Currently, there are nine SHDA Chapters in the country comprising of Southern Mindanao, Northern Mindanao, Western Mindanao, Central Visayas, Eastern Visayas, Panay, Negros, Quezon and Central Luzon.
