We here at HousingInteractive are stoked to announce our recent inclusion into the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders’ Associations (CREBA), one of the country’s leading non-profit organizations for real estate, housing and construction professionals. Now celebrating its 40th year, CREBA was founded in 1973 by Atty. Manuel Serrano together with a handful of real estate industry’s brightest luminaries at the time.
The induction of HI and other new members was held last August 29, 2013, at CREBA’s 8th Monthly Business Meeting in the Hotel Intercontinental Makati’s Grand Ballroom. The induction was lead by Mr. Charlie A.V. Gorayeb, National President and member of the CREBA Board of Directors. Also gracing the event was Guest of Honor & Speaker Dr. Felixberto U. Bustos Jr., President of the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (NHMFC).
As a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) with 32 regional chapters and another 7 chapters overseas, CREBA is dedicated to making the dream of an ideal family home more accessible to Filipinos across the nation. CREBA also serves as the country’s sole representative body in the National Association of Realtors (NAR), one of the United States’ largest trade associations and a self-regulatory body for the real estate brokerage industry at large.
As a part of CREBA, HousingInteractive shall share illustrious company with the likes of Philippine real estate’s biggest and most well-known names.
