Celebrating another milestone, HousingInteractive hosted its first Brokers’ Event last June 19, 2013 at the Museum Café.
The simple get-together aimed to bring HousingInteractive’s brokers and partner brokers to take time off from their busy schedules and enjoy a little socializing. It also advances the company’s vision to boost and expand its network, developing stronger business relationships.
The event was graced by CEO John Riad, COO Ramon Ballesca, Director of Operations Wolf Lambsdorff, in-house brokers, freelance co-brokers, and other partner brokers. It was a pleasant afternoon social where everyone wined, dined, and mingled with each other.
Another highlight of the event was the launching of the “Broker’s Hit List.” It is simply a list of choice properties that are given high priority and intensive marketing. Brokers get to pick their top 12 listings and proactively promote them to an exclusive selection of mainly co-brokers and the occasional (return) client.
As a corporate giveaway, HousingInteractive’s branded USB flash drives were distributed after the event. These were pre-loaded with the broker’s personal Hit List and include pictures, floor plans if available, and other visuals.
Here’s a sneak peek at some of the featured properties in the “Broker’s Hit List”:

These are just a few listings out of the wide selection of properties Housinginteractive offers.
Aside from introducing the “Broker’s Hit List”, the occasion was also a venue for the in-house brokers to build new and to nurture existing partnerships with the other brokers. According to Ms. Arlene Geron, HousingInteractive’s Lead Residential Property Consultant, the event made it possible for invited brokers to get to know better the company and the people behind its success. It also gave the brokers a chance to bond and to strengthen trust and confidence in each other, emphasizing that HousingInteractive is a stable and dependable brand in the real estate industry that they can rely on.
Despite the heavy rain, the warm and inviting ambiance of M Café still set the mood for a relaxed gathering. The pleasant company of the guest brokers made the happening worthwhile. With the nice turn of events, everyone is looking forward to the next broker’s event. Cheers to everyone!
